Nosamat was established by Dr Jon Bashford to provide a different kind of consultancy to organisations that needed a blend of support services from research capacity to programme management.
Mission
Nosamat's mission is to bring about positive change from within by creating lasting partnerships and client relationships that go beyond the traditional role of consultancy.
We believe that change management is best done where there is a shared commitment to the same values and objectives - and that for this to work effectively, both client and consultant must have 'skin in the game'.
To this end we seek to place people with the right quality, skills and values into key organisational positions where they can effect change and be part of the organisational decision matrix.
Vision
Our vision is that future employment relationships will be formed as part of a matrix which enables a much richer pattern of skill mix, experience, aspiration and outcome.
We envisage a merger between the traditional consultancy organisation with recruitment agencies and service providers that will exist with fluid employment boundaries and greater scope for innovation.
This vision will be further excelerated through the development of Ai technologies and greater flexibility, capacity and application of new employment relationships and functions.
Nosamat seeks to be at the heart of this new approach, developing the employment of the future.
